Sat 15 Oct 2022We are celebrating Maths Week Ireland at St. Colmcille’s PS starting on Monday 17th October! This year we are focusing on practical and interactive topic maths activities, as well as fun outdoor maths lessons. This is a fantastic opportunity to encourage and develop pupils’ confidence in mathematics and, most importantly, to show them that Maths is fun!

๐ผ Education Minister Visits St. Colmcilleโs PS ๐ผ
Fri 14 Oct 2022St. Colmcille’s PS welcomed the Education Minister Michelle McIlveen to school yesterday morning to discuss accommodation issues- in relation to our growing enrolment.
Parents will receive an update on the issues raised when the minster formally responds.
Thank you to our local MLA Colin McGrath who arranged the visit with the minster and for continuing to work alongside school leadership in petitioning the Department of Education for building improvements.
We want to ensure the children have the best resources and facilities possible to achieve their learning potential.
