Trips

Our trip to Newcastle was very enjoyable and the pupils got the chance to complete a Numeracy task to gather information on favourite car colours in Newcastle.

Today we travelled to Tollymore Forest Park for our Thursday nature walk and then for some play time in the play park.

LSC2 and LSC3 travelled to the Ulster Museum in Belfast for their class trip linked to the topic of Dinosaurs. They took part in a workshop focussing on studying and identifying different fossils from a range of extinct dinosaurs and animals. They then linked these fossils to animals that are still alive today. These fossils included a dinosaur tooth, Megalodon tooth, mammoth tooth and Megaloceros antler. The pupils really enjoyed investigating these fossils.

Our Thursday trip took us to Newcastle this week. The pupils had the chance to explore the beach as well as have some fun in the play park.

Our Thursday trip with nurture and LSC4 took us to Cocos. The pupils had a very enjoyable time and really enjoyed mixing with the other classes to play on the slides, play football and take part in the obstacle course.

Today was our class trip to Delamont with LSC4. The pupils had a great time!
