We loved our visit from the Easter Bunny and were very grateful for our eggs. We also loved meeting, holding and learning all about the farm animals!

Christmas Jumper & Christmas Dinner Day
Terrific trampolines!
Today we were lucky to have a go on our brand new school trampolines. The children took turns to spend some time enjoying a bounce. This will be a great learning break to release energy and improve concentration levels so that the children are ready for learning. Have a look at our great pictures!
28/09/23 A windy trip to Newcastle!
Today we joined LSC2 for a trip to Newcastle. It was the best day! We got on our bus and enjoyed the journey to Newcastle. When we arrived, we walked along the promenade, which looked very different from the last time we had seen it. It was filled with debris from the sea, which had been washed up in the storm last night. We spent time watching the waves crash against the rocks and running away as they splashed us! Then, we headed back to the park for some fun together. It was a really great day.
26/09/23 European Languages Day!
Today we celebrated European Languages Day. The class chose the country France as our focus. We learnt about French things such as famous landmarks and foods. Then, the children enjoyed learning how to count to 10 in French and playing the French game; ‘Jacques a dit’. We ended the day with special treats, delicious pastries called ‘croissants’.
14/09/23 Trip to Newcastle!
We joined LSC1 today for a special trip on our yellow bus to Newcastle. The children loved walking along the promenade and looking out over the ocean. They enjoyed eating their snack outdoors at the picnic benches. Finally, they had great fun playing in the park together. It was a great day out in the sun!
We have been enjoying being outdoors this week!
