  • Cheque Presentation to Knockevin Special School, Downpatrick.

    Mr Clifford and the children from P7 made a cheque presentation of £385.00 to Knockevin Special School, Downpatrick. Receiving the cheque on behalf of Knockevin is their newly appointed Principal, Sara Liddell. Well done to everyone involved in raising such an incredible amount from our recently held non-uniform day.

  • New Pupil Councillors 2018 - 2019!

    Well done to the boys and girls from P4 - P7 for putting themselves up for election to the pupil council.  The children will be working very hard with Miss Kerr and Miss Brennan on various aspects of school improvement.  I cannot wait to hear their ideas!
  • P3 Poetry Certificate Winners!

    Well done to Miss O'Neill's Primary 3 class for taking part in the 'Young Writers' poetry initiative.  The children will have their work published in a new anthology book.  Here you can see the children proudly displaying their poetry certificates.

  • Opening of new ICT Suite

    Our new ICT suite had its first visitors in today completing their CAT4 assessments.  This fantastic new facility affords us the opportunity to enhance all areas of the curriculum, run parent workshops and be used to support parents with their applications to P1 for September 2019.  We would like to acknowledge the tireless work of the PTA for fundraising to meet part of the costs for this.

  • PTA Hallowe'en Hamper Winners!

    Well done to Darren and Chloe for winning the two main prizes at the Hallowe’en Hamper. Mr Murray was also presented with a cheque for £5000 by the PTA from some of the fundraisers that they have carried out. We are indebted to the valuable contribution that the PTA make to the successful running of our school.
