• *** Important Summer Food Payment & Free School Meal Information ***

  Families who received free school meals during this school year (1 September 2020 to 30 June 2021), are entitled to a School Holiday Food Grant Payment over the summer holidays.

   

  The first of three payments will be made into bank accounts on the 7 July. If we do not hold bank account details for you a cheque will be sent on 6 July.

   

  Please be advised that families receiving the holiday food payment still need to apply for Free School Meal and Uniform Grant for school year beginning in September 2021.

• P7 Leavers Assembly - Thursday 24th June at 2pm

  Fri 18 Jun 2021

  Due to Leavers Assembly, school will finish early for all pupils. P1-3 (LSC 1 & 2) will finish at 12.50pm and P4-7 (LSC 3 & 4 and Nurture) at 1.10pm. Children will receive their school dinner/lunch before going home.

   

  P7 pupils are welcome to bring two members of their family to the Assembly- it is envisaged that the Assembly will be held in the main school yard. It will begin at 2pm and end at 3pm approx.- refreshments will be served afterwards. There will be trophies, balloons, photographs, speeches and a video as we aim to give this great group of children a lovely send off!

• 🥇🥈🥉 Sports Day 2021 🥇🥈🥉

  Please see some photos below of our Sports Day- which was held yesterday  on the school premises. The children had a great time participating in events such as the Sprint, Potato & Spoon Race, Relay Race, Obstacle Course, Sack Race and Tug of War. Further photos will be added to the School Website/FB Page in the next few days. Thanks to our Senior Teacher Mr Clifford who took the lead in organising Sports Day and all school staff who ensured the children gave their best effort and most importantly had a fun and enjoyable day!

  P1B had a special treat for their lunch yesterday for winning the PTFA Smarties Challenge.  They had a choice of pizzas and wedges from Dominoes for lunch, followed by a tasty ice cream from McDonalds.  They felt very lucky and wanted to say a huge thank you to the PTFA for a special lunch! 🤩
