    Fri 19 Nov 2021

There were plenty of Pudsey ears to be seen around school today, as the pupil enjoyed celebrating and supporting Children in Need with a non-uniform day. We are very proud to be making a £500 donation to Children in Need on behalf of the pupils and families of St. Colmcille’s! Thank you to everyone in our school community who contributed to this very worthwhile cause!

  • ๐ŸŽ„ St. Colmcilleโ€™s PS Giving Tree ๐ŸŽ„

    Fri 19 Nov 2021

This year, during the period of Advent, we will be supporting, The St. Vincent De Paul Society.

At the entrance of the school, we will display ‘The St. Colmcille’s Giving Tree’ and we would love for you to donate what you can (school staff will also be supporting) . With every donation, a Christmas bauble, with your family name, will be placed on the tree by the children of the school.  Donations can be cash or through our School Money System payable from this Monday.

Christmas is a time to think about what’s really important and this is our opportunity to give to those less fortunate. The money will be donated to our local St. Vincent De Paul Society, who will use the money to give vouchers to those who really need it this Christmas. In return, we will have a beautiful Christmas tree decorated with baubles showing your generosity and kindness during this festive period.

We thank you in advance for your support and we look forward to sharing our Giving Tree with you and updating you on the generous donations received for a very deserving charity.
