EA Free School Meals Update
Tue 16 Mar 2021Following announcements from the Northern Ireland Executive of a return to face to face teaching for P4 – P7 and years 12 to 14 pupils on 22 March, EA confirm school meals will be provided in school. As such payments in lieu of free school meals will not be made for these pupils for this week.
For pupils entitled to free school meals in year 8 to 11 a payment will be made for week beginning 22 March as remote learning is still in place for these pupils.
Special schools and EOTAS continue to remain open for all pupils and those entitled to receive free school meals will receive a meal in school. For pupils of special schools and EOTAS who cannot attend school for medical reasons, parents/ guardians should contact the EA helpdesk, 02838 368186, to order their food parcels.
A free school meal payment will be made to all pupils in all years for the Easter break and we will be providing details on dates in due course.

The rest of the school will have an opportunity to visit next week and I know the teachers are working hard on planning fun and exciting learning opportunities!
Please note this area is not finished yet! An outdoor classroom is still to be installed within the next week or two alongside extensive planting of the area. It will be even better when fully completed!
