As a means of easing traffic congestion around the school (with our upcoming closure of the school front entrance for eight weeks) a walking train will be trialed whereby a number of school staff walk and collect children to/from specified locations around the local estates. It will collect and drop off at set meeting points only and will depart sharply at the indicated times. Please view the documents below for route map and drop off/ collection times.

The Walking Train should ease congestion around the school and assist with keeping children active & healthy. If the Walking Train concept proves to be useful to parents- it may be continued after the building works are completed. Older children from P5-7 are able to walk/bike to and from school with a written message from their parents.
