On Thursday, Primary 7 participated in a transition workshop, led by the ‘Youth Initiatives’ group. The theme of the session was ‘Facing Our Giants’, which involved exploring the challenges that can arise when transitioning to a new school, as well as how to face these changes with the best versions of ourselves. It was an exciting, engaging and action-packed workshop, which all the pupils highly enjoyed participating in. Many thanks to Sarah and Peter at Youth Initiatives Downpatrick for planning and running this fantastic session for our Primary 7s, in advance of their secondary school journey.
