The children in LSC2/3 concluded their learning on Ancient Egypt this week with a trip to The Ulster Museum. They began their visit with a Discover Art session learning about history through experimenting with art and creative play. They then had the opportunity to view canopic jars, sketch their names using hieroglyphics and finally met the famous mummy on display, 'Takabuti'. The children had a great day and enjoyed sharing their knowledge of Ancient Egypt as they walked around the museum.
