Mrs O’Hare, our very talented Primary 1 teacher, has been leading guitar lessons for some of our KS2 pupils. During these sessions, the children have been focusing on key skills such as strumming, chord formation, rhythm, and pulse. Children have been practicing a range of strumming techniques needed to play multiple genres. Using rhythm games, children have been developing their ability to maintain a steady beat and strum along to a steady beat. They are working towards learning their  first song - The Bare Necessities for Christmas 🎸
