Everyone is buzzing after our first successful Summer Fair, held yesterday at school! We kicked off the event in the morning, where all the pupils of St. Colmcille’s PS, enjoyed a range of attractions, including inflatable games, carnival rides, Viking battle, team games, obstacle courses, a disco and art & craft activities. Our event then opened to the entire community of Downpatrick and beyond, in the afternoon, with the addition of a huge range of carnival games, ice-cream, slushies and a delicious barbecue, along with all of the attraction above.

It was a delight to see our pupils, families and the wider community having a whale of a time and making memories to last. We are indebted to our wonderful PTFA and our school staff who worked tirelessly to make this event a reality. Thank you to everyone who came to the Summer Fair and helped make it such a roaring success. We are delighted to share some photos from the event and will share more over the coming days.
