April marks the beginning of World Autism Acceptance Month. In order to raise more awareness and a better understanding of Autism, promote Autism acceptance, and build inclusivity and connectedness throughout our society. We are asking children to come to school on Wednesday 2nd April, Internationally recognised as World Autism Awareness Day, dressed as colourful and bright as possible to celebrate the spectrum of colours in order to highlight our unique differences.
 
We kindly ask the school community to donate towards our Easter Charity Appeal, which will benefit the Downpatrick Autism Family Support Group, as well as Trócaire and other local charities! Donations can be made via the School Shop on SchoolMoney.
