On Thursday P3 had a wonderful start to their new World Around Us topic, 'Houses and Homes!' They went on a trip to the Ulster Folk Museum. They got to step back in time and explore houses and buildings from Ireland's past! They even got to meet a few different characters including, the doctor, bank manager and local dress maker! P3 also got to experience what living on a farm was like for children in the past. They had a go at typical jobs children had to do including, collecting eggs, mucking out the pigs and washing the clothes! Some boys and girls enjoyed it so much they wished they could live back in the 1900's!  A fabulous day was had by all!
