Over the past 6 weeks, children from P3, P4, LSC2 and LSC3 have taken part in Gaelic Football sessions as part of their PE lessons delivered by a coach from Russell Gaelic Union Downpatrick. On Tuesday, pupils from P3 and pupils from P4 were invited to Pairc Tomas Ruiséil this week to take part in a blitz in mixed teams along with pupils from Our Lady and St. Patrick's Primary and St. Brigid's Primary. There was some fantastic talent on show with nearly 200 children playing Gaelic football over 2 days. 

We are looking forward to continuing to develop our link with the RGU, with other classes due to receive coaching sessions in the not too distant future.
