Our Primary 5 pupils took part in a meaningful and engaging workshop delivered by Action Mental Health, focusing on key areas of emotional wellbeing. The workshop explored important themes such as anxiety, self-esteem, self-expression, and self-regulation.
Throughout the session, pupils participated in a variety of hands-on activities designed to help them better understand and manage their emotions. The workshop provided a safe and supportive environment for pupils to express themselves, build confidence, and learn practical strategies for maintaining positive mental health. We are proud of how openly our pupils engaged with these important topics.
