• ☀️😎 Summer Holidays ☀️😎

  School Summer Holidays have now officially begun! Our Summer Programme will be operating over the next two weeks. Term 1 of the new academic year will begin at the end of August, dates can be found in the poster below. We would like to thank everyone in our school community, especially our parents, carers, families and staff for their support and partnership throughout the year. A huge well done to our pupils for all their hard work and fantastic behaviour this year! We wish everyone a relaxing and safe Summer Break and we look forward to seeing everyone back to school in August.

  

• 🌳😊 Green Trees Schools Award – Silver Success! ☺️🌳

  This year we have participated in the Green Trees Schools Award programme. The Green Tree Schools Award encourages outdoor learning and inspires pupils about trees, woods and wildlife.
   
  Throughout the year we took part in fun, practical projects while helping the environment and improving our school grounds. Many classes have visited local woodland areas to expand their knowledge of local biodiversity, and shared their woodland words and images in the form of follow up tasks when they returned to the classroom. We have planted trees, carried out assemblies, created posters to advertise the importance of recycling and saving energy, along with many other fun, practical activities to earn points.
   
  We are very pleased to have earned the Silver Award this year and will continue to work towards our Gold Award next year! 🌳
