Road Safety Week
To celebrate and promote road safety week we learnt about how to be safe while crossing the road. We also learnt about the ways in which road users can ensure the safety of others. We too part in a poster competition.
Make a Noise about Bullying!
This week in school we participated in Anti-Bullying week. The week was introduced with Odd Socks Day on Monday, where adults and children wore odd socks to school to celebrate what makes us all special and unique. The theme for Anti-Bullying week 2023 is ‘Make a Noise about Bullying’. At times, we are silent when we see bullying take place, silent about the hurt bullying causes and silent when we hear of bullying dismissed as ‘just banter’. It doesn’t have to be this way. Of course, we won’t be best friends with everyone and we won’t always agree but we can choose unity and respect. Together we can make a difference and take a stand against bullying.
