P4A created beautiful cards to thank all the people who love and care for us for Mothering Sunday.

To celebrate Mental Health Week P4A brought in and shared things they were proud of and achievements. They also took part in the daily mile to help keep fit and support their emotional well-being.

To mark Safer Internet Week P4A took part in a corners game to analyse and discuss how the internet can influence us in both positive and negative ways and what we can do to keep ourselves safe from negative influence online.

Assembly P4 A

To celebrate 100 days of school P4A reflected on all their learning and experiences so far this year. They then got creative and made celebration headbands and got physical by completing a 100 exercise challenge!

P4A enjoyed sharing stories and pictures of their Grandparents and making special cards to thank them for their love and support as part of Catholic School's Week and Grandparent's Day!

P4A have been exploring friendships and took part in a challenge to develop their collaborative working skills. They had to create a painting with their team. There was a set set time limit and they had to discuss and agree what to paint a picture of and decide roles and responsibilities for everyone to make sure that each member of their team was equally involved. They did a fantastic job!

P4A made a noise about bullying by creating and performing their own anti-bullying songs! They also wore odd socks to show how unique and wonderful we all are!

P4A turned the world blue for Children's Rights globally! They also took part in blether stations to learn about the sustainable development goals!

P4A created posters for road safety week to encourage everyone to, 'Be Bright and Be Seen!' on our roads!

P4A have been using a daily emotional check in to learn about 'Zones of Regulation.' This has helped them identify and discuss how they are feeling and learn strategies to help them feel happy, safe and ready to learn!

P4A had a lovely star to the new school year by writing letters to their future selves. They also measured and recorded their height using string and sealed it away in an envelope. The children then placed their envelope into our Time Capsule and made a special wish for the school year ahead. The capsule will not be reopened until June 2024!
