Halloween Coding Fun 👻💻🕷️

We had a spook-tacular time during our Halloween coding lesson! Before using the technology, we completed an unplugged coding activity where the children worked together to direct one of their classmates through a spooky maze. They had to think carefully about the instructions needed to reach the finish, developing their early coding and problem-solving skills.

The children then used Ghost Bot to complete a Halloween-themed maze. They carefully programmed their Ghost Bot to travel past the witches' cauldron and the scary spider before reaching the haunted house. The children had to plan their route, predict where the Ghost Bot would go, and fix their instructions if things didn't go as planned.

It was a fun and engaging lesson that helped us develop our coding, sequencing, and problem-solving skills while enjoying a little Halloween magic! 👻🎃🕸️✨💻
