To celebrate Roald Dahl Day, pupils took part in a range of creative art activities inspired by the wonderful world of Roald Dahl. First, they followed a step-by-step drawing tutorial by Quentin Blake, the illustrator of many of Roald Dahl’s famous books, to create their own illustrations of Willy Wonka. Pupils then explored Blake’s distinctive artistic style further by creating watercolour paintings of well-known Roald Dahl characters.
