P2 were delighted to welcome back our school therapy dog, Ruby! 🐾✨ The children were so happy to spend time with her again and enjoyed learning more about dogs and the important roles they can have.

We read the story Detective Dog 📚🐕 and talked about working dogs and pets, discussing the different ways dogs can help people.

The children also shared their ideas about how to look after pets, including keeping them safe, giving them food and water, exercise, care and lots of love. 🥰

It was a lovely afternoon learning all about our four-legged friends, and Ruby was certainly a very special part of our learning! 🐾❤️
