💧🌈 Exploring Capacity in P1! 🌈💧

This week, Primary 1 have been developing their understanding of capacity through hands-on play and investigation. Using water, sand and rainbow rice, the children explored how to fill containers to make them full, half full and empty while using lots of new mathematical vocabulary.

The children enjoyed discussing and comparing different containers, predicting which would hold more and which would hold less, and testing their ideas through practical exploration.
