Today, we worked in groups of four to begin writing a diary entry. We imagined ourselves as Jennifer, John, and Kenzie — characters from Literacy Shed — who are stranded in a rainforest. Before starting our own diary entry, we discussed what life might have been like for these characters during the days leading up to the diary entry we read, which was written on Day 30 of their time in the rainforest.
