Zooming, Jumping, and Freezing Fun in P1 PE! 🏃‍♀️🚗🧍‍♂️
We had a brilliant time in our very first PE lesson in Primary 1! Our focus was all about moving safely and learning how to look out for our friends while we play. We warmed up with a fun game of Freeze, then explored different ways to move—like skipping, tiptoeing, and waving as we passed a friend!
We practised finding safe spaces using sticky spots and even imagined we were driving cars around the hall. We had to park in our garages, beep our horns, and tiptoe around roundabouts!
It was a fantastic way to build our strength, balance, and coordination while learning how to move safely and respectfully. We can’t wait for our next PE adventure.
