Roald Dahl Day – What a Croc-tastic Time! 🐊🎨
On the 15th of September, we celebrated Roald Dahl Day in P1 and it was so much fun! Our focus was The Enormous Crocodile and we did loads of exciting activities.

First, we listened to the story with Mrs Dagen—he was such a cheeky crocodile! Then we got stuck into a whole carousel of fun: we coloured in pictures from the story, sequenced the events on a special worksheet, and even made our own paper chain crocodiles (they were enormous too!).We used the small world table to retell the story with toys, and in numeracy, we helped the crocodile find the biggest animals in a group. We even stretched and wriggled like crocodiles during Roald Dahl Day Cosmic Kids Yoga!

It was a brilliant day full of stories, smiles, and snappy fun!
