My Name is Special

In today's lesson we explored what makes us unique. We made a human bar chart showing our favourite chocolate as a way of demonstrating our different tastes.  We then thought of the positive qualities everyone has, moving around the classroom recording positive words about each other. Everyone was delighted to read the wonderful words their friends used to describe them. Hearing their names said in a positive way helps build a sense of identity and contributes to a positive atmosphere in the classroom.
