From Baking to Writing 👻

This week, P3 enjoyed a fun instruction writing lesson with a Halloween twist! First, we followed instructions to make our own ghost biscuits. We carefully decorated the biscuits and talked about the steps we needed to follow. Afterwards, we used our experience to help us complete a guided write, creating our own set of instructions explaining how to make a ghost biscuit. The children worked hard to use time words, bossy verbs and clear, ordered steps in their writing. 👻🍪✏️📚
