WALT: Add two-digit and three-digit numbers using Base 10 materials and exchange ones for tens when needed.

P5A used Base 10 materials to add two-digit and three-digit numbers accurately. They combined tens and ones, exchanged 10 ones for 1 ten when required, and applied their understanding of place value to solve calculations. Pupils used practical resources to support their learning and explained the strategies they used to find their answers.
