What is a sentence? 🤔

P3B have been busy learning what makes a sentence. We worked together to create our very own sentence writing checklist and then used it to decide whether groups of words were sentences or not. The children became sentence detectives, spotting and correcting mistakes on their whiteboards before putting muddled-up sentences back into the correct order on the interactive whiteboard. We are getting really good at remembering all the important ingredients needed to make a super sentence! 🌟
