Planting, Growing, Learning!

As part of our new World Around Us topic, Life on the Farm, we explored the different types of crops that farmers can grow. To bring our learning to life, we had the exciting opportunity to plant some crops of our own!

The class worked together to prepare the soil and carefully plant seeds. Some of us chose to grow bright and cheerful sunflowers, while others planted watercress. We learned about what plants need to grow, including sunlight, water, and care, and we discussed how important farming is in providing food for us all.
