Phonics Activity 🌈🔤

In this phonics lesson , the children were learning to recognise the letters l, f and b and identify their beginning sounds.

In our first activity, the children explored colourful rainbow rice to hunt for the letters l, f and b before sorting them into the correct bowls. This sensory activity encouraged letter recognition in a fun, hands-on way.

For the second activity, the children sorted picture cards into hoops labelled l, f and b by listening carefully to the initial sound of each word.

The children enjoyed the interactive activities and showed great enthusiasm while developing their early phonics skills.
