Dairy Council Workshop

Primary 5 recently took part in an enjoyable talk from the Dairy Council about nutrition, healthy eating, and staying active. They learnt the importance of a balanced diet, including dairy foods such as milk, yogurt, and cheese, which help support strong bones and teeth.

The workshop also encouraged children to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and making healthy snack choices. The importance of regular physical activity was highlighted, with ways to stay active each day.

The session was informative and engaging, helping us understand how healthy eating and exercise support overall wellbeing. We had lots of fun!
