Sorting shapes
Today, P5A had another go at sorting different shapes using a Carroll diagram.
First, we identified whether each shape was a quadrilateral or not. Then we looked more closely at the angles. Some pupils worked on deciding whether all the angles in a shape were equal, while others focused on identifying right angles.
Everyone worked with a partner, and this activity was a fantastic way to test both our shape knowledge and our wider mathematical understanding.
