Science Week

As part of Science Week, our class enjoyed a visit to the Science Shop, where pupils bought  fun science toys and experiment sets.

To link with our Bread topic, we also carried out a yeast balloon experiment. The children mixed yeast with warm water and sugar, then carefully observed how the yeast produced gas that inflated a balloon—bringing learning to life right before their eyes!

It was a brilliant opportunity for the children to build their curiosity, ask questions, and see real scientific processes in action. A fantastic week of learning, exploring, and experimenting!
