Exploris Aquarium

LSC3 enjoyed a fantastic day out at Exploris Aquarium. The children were guided by a very knowledgeable member of staff, who shared fascinating facts about a wide range of sea creatures. The highlights of the day included getting the chance to safely hold a starfish and even a snake, as well as seeing penguins, capybaras, sharks, and many other animals up close.

One of the most exciting parts of the trip was travelling on the ferry, which the children absolutely loved. Throughout the whole day, they were exceptionally well behaved, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. The visit tied in beautifully with our topic on the polar regions, giving the pupils a memorable and meaningful hands‑on learning experience
