As part of our World Book Day celebrations the pupils and staff were encouraged to dress up as their favourite character from a book and in Primary 4 they certainly put in a great effort - well done to everybody ππ

Friday 17th December
The pupils in P4 have been extremely busy throughout December in preparation for the celebration of Christmas. They have performed the songs from ‘Santa’s Hat’ as their class performance (video to follow shortly), been very busy and creative through their Christmas Arts and Crafts sessions and even received a visit from Santa π
Thursday 2nd December
The whole school attend the Pantomime of Goldilocks and the Three Bears at the Grand Opera House today with the P4 class thoroughly enjoying the experience which really got everyone in the spirit of Christmas as we enter the month of December. A big thanks to the PTFA for their fundraising efforts recently with the Cash for Kids initiative that covered all of the costs of this wonderful experience.

Thursday 21st October
The St. Colmcille’s Spooktacular event was held today and it was a tremendous event superbly run by the PTFA. The pupils walked the spooky trail where they were able to fill their bags with a selection of sweets and treats which was very well appreciated. The pupils then played Halloween games in the classroom before going home to enjoy their Halloween holidays ππ§π»
Friday 15th October
The pupils really enjoyed their tuck shop treat today courtesy of the PTFA in conjunction with the school’s fundraising efforts in their Cash for Kids challenge. It was a delicious way to end a busy school week with lots of smiles all round π

Thanks to Mr Austin who organised for each class to visit the ice-cream van to enjoy a treat on at the end of the first week back at school - everybody thoroughly enjoyed their treat π¦π¦
